Player yaw rotation via snap or smooth turning.
Remarks 
- When snap turning is active, visual turn signals render on the right ray and respond to thumbstick left/right or hand micro‑gestures (if enabled).
 - Smooth turning applies a continuous yaw at 
turningSpeeddegrees/second.
